Everything you need to know before your inspection

A standard home inspection covers the major visible and accessible systems of the home. This includes the structural foundation, roof, attic, electrical panels and fixtures, plumbing systems, heating and cooling equipment (HVAC), interior doors/windows, built-in kitchen appliances, and lawn sprinkler/irrigation system.
A typical single-family home inspection takes between 3 to 5 hours on-site, depending on the square footage, age, and overall condition of the property.
You will receive a full, digital inspection report—complete with high-resolution photos and an easy-to-read summary—within 24 hours of the completed walkthrough.
While not required, you are strongly encouraged to attend toward the end of the inspection. This gives us a chance to walk through the property together, discuss significant findings, and answer any questions you have in person.
Payment is due upon completion of the on-site inspection. We accept cash and major credit cards on-site, as well as electronic payments via Zelle or PayPal. Once payment is received, your full digital inspection report will be delivered within 24 hours.
